These cameras are located in Tamworth, Australia. Both cameras are situated at the Tamworth Airport. The camera on the left faces E towards the city of Tamworth itself, runs between 4:30am and 11pm capturing an image every 1 minute with long exposures of 16 seconds at night time. This camera will capture lightning when storms are around. The camera on the right faces SW and runs from sunrise to sunset capturing an image every 1 minute. This camera isn't capable of long exposures at night. Both cameras are part of a series of cameras installed for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter in order to provide live 'on the ground' weather observations for the helicopter pilots.
